Broker and Owner, Cherie Foutz has been a top producing Realtor in the Central Florida area since 1989. In 2011 she was the #1 Agent in the Orlando Regional Realtor Association for Volume Residential Sales in Lake Mary/Heathrow. She was also ranked in the Top 5 for sales in all of Seminole County and in the Top 15 for sales throughout the multiple county Greater Orlando area. Since moving there in 2002 she has sold over 150 homes in Magnolia Plantation, in additional to the many homes she has sold in the surrounding communities and throughout Central Florida. In 2011, Cherie sold 33 homes with an average sales price of $544,000. Cherie's largest sales last year included an 11,000 Sq. Ft. Lake Front Home on 10 acres in Orlando at $2.5 million. And a 9,000 SF home in Lake Nona Country Estates selling at $1.5 million.

Cherie has been chosen to serve on her local Board's Professional Standards Committee and Grievance Committee during the past 7 years. These committees are comprised of only the most experienced Realtors who have demonstrated the highest level of ethical standards.

In the Fall of 2008, Cherie sold her very successful Seminole County based real estate company, title company, and mortgage company to work for the new owners as their Broker through 2009.
