We are interviewing agents who are interested in listing and selling homes in the area's most prestigious luxury, golf and lake communities.

Qualified agents will have past experience selling homes over $400,000; and/or be working toward their Accredited Luxury Home Specialist or similar luxury home designation, and will become members of the International Council of Realtors.

We offer agents an opportunity to receive 100% of their commissions after reaching a modest income goal.  In addition, agents can receive a 10% bonus when an agent they have recruited reaches their income goal.

We provide agents with a professional office environment with a receptionist, multiple conference rooms, media rooms, training rooms, coffee service area,  and administrative support.  Our office is located in a new multi-story building located at 1540 International Parkway, Suite 2000, Lake Mary, FL. The office is within minutes of I-4 and 417 for easy access by our customers.  Private offices for agents are available for a reasonable monthly fee.

Agents have access to professional marketing materials to use in their presentations and access to a graphic designer to do customization for each individual agent, as well as provide marketing support to th agents for postcards, brochures, presenatons, etc.

We believe that each agent should be the manager of their own real estate business, under the umbrella of Lakes & Links International Realty.  Our only requirement of our agents is that they abide by the Realtor Code of Ethics and the rules and regulations of the Florida Real Estate Commission.
